We have decided rather than keep trying to change the AGM this year given the unpredictabililty of the time between now and September the 30th it is better to look at other ways of holding this event.

We will obviously ensure that we update everyone and that evryone has the opportunity to vote on the election of members to the committee and any motions that anyone would like to table. We are currently exploring these within the confines of the constitution. We are always pleased to welcome new people to the committee and look forward to being able to get back to a slightly more normal 'new normal'. Please also let Kim Underhill have any items to the agenda and we will find a low risk way of all debating these. Nomination forms to join the committee are available from kim.
